How fast is airport to airport?

Usually 1 to 4 days depending on lane and service level. Door to door adds pickup, delivery and customs time, and we state the whole window on the quotation.

Why did my neighbour pay a different rate?

Air prices move weekly and by weight break. That is exactly why quotations carry validity dates and why Lane Watch exists.
