What does all-in include?

Ocean freight, fuel and carrier surcharges, terminal handling and our fee, stated with a validity date. Customs entry and insurance are listed separately as add-ons so you can see them.

How long do quotations stay valid?

Typically 14 to 21 days, printed on the quotation. If the market moves before you book, we requote rather than rebill.

FCL or LCL, how do I choose?

A rough rule: past about 13 cubic metres a full 20 foot container usually wins on price and handling. Ask, and we will price both so you can compare.

Can you handle the customs side too?

Yes, as a listed add-on through licensed brokers. See Customs and compliance.

What about oversized or specialized cargo?

Breakbulk, out of gauge and anything that does not fit a standard container moves through our project desk. See Project cargo.
